[Who knew that getting separated from the rest of the army in the middle of a frenzied battle on a snowy mountain would get them... stuck? Certainly not Owain, no! A hero such as himself would never be foolish enough to endanger himself in such a way but--]
Seriously...? This sucks. How could you get us lost like this, chump! [Owain can break his theatrics just this once.] Where even are we?
[ Inigo walks a couple steps ahead of Owain and scans the horizon in hopes of finding their comrades. He didn't quite know how they ended up like this, but there wasn't much else to do but move forward. Hopefully they won't get even more lost. ]
[ He stops in his tracks and shoots a glare behind him. ] How is this my fault exactly? [ Maybe Owain should attempt navigating a snowy mountain by himself, smfh! ] Honestly, out of all the people I could've been stuck with it just had to be you, huh.
What?! How could you be so blind! Obviously it's your fault because... of reasons. [Though just complaining like this won't be getting them back home anytime sooner. It's getting dark and there certainly won't be anything good coming out of them wandering out in the cold and dark like this.]
Hmph! By Eliwood, the darkness is nigh in these perilous mountains! Let's go find somewhere to rest. Or something.
Wow, ten out of ten on argumentative skills. You never fail to impress me. [ With a sigh, Inigo chooses to leave it at that. He's been having an increasingly hard time making out anything in these mountains -- the darkening sky didn't help one bit either. They're lucky they're not battling through a snowstorm right now, but there's no telling there won't be one later... ]
So you can say smart things every now and then! I agree though, it's not getting any less cold. [ Finding a cave, or at least a crevice to hide under would be good enough. ]
[With their main objective being to find a source of shelter, Owain more carefully looks around their surroundings for any open caves or the like to rest in. It's a lot harder than it looks to find one, but he eventually stumbles on one before calling Inigo over to check it out.]
It's about the best we can do. [HOPEFULLY... there are no bears, though it doesn't look like it's been inhabited by Anything. Ah yes. Owain can finally sit and rest his legs, shielded from the snow and wind.] Let's hope we don't, you know, die in the middle of the night. [It's awfully cold...]
[ Inigo walks over to the cave upon Owain's call, and while it's not that much warmer inside they had some place to sleep tonight that wasn't, you know, on top of the snow, dead. ]
[ He sits down with his legs crossed, grateful the wind wasn't hitting him square in the face anymore. ] Yikes, don't say that. [ Though admittedly it is still pretty damn cold. ] Is there anything we could make a fire with in here...?
There's some stones... some sticks... but I wonder if they're dry enough to make a fire with? [It's official. Owain has dropped his dramatics for now if only to conserve energy. It takes a lot of strength to be such an amazing dark prince and warrior such as himself! ...And he unfortunately doesn't have much more left.]
If anything, we can just-- [But can they?? Owain pauses as he tosses the sticks together in a small pile.] --we can just share body heat, you know. [No homo???]
